Stand Up Paddleboarding
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP), is one of the fastest growing areas of paddlesport, this is largely down to how easy it is to learn. Beginners can become comfortable in as little as an hour of training. SUP is a fantastic way to explore rivers, lakes and coastal waters. SUP also provides a great workout working on your core muscles.
I offer bespoke SUP sessions and coaching for up to 5 participants in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

I also run British Canoeing Explore and Discover qualification, often required if you are looking to join a club.
All equipment is provided, you just need suitable shoes and a change of clothes.
